Block Bookings

Often, we are asked about the possibility of booking all six rooms for golfing groups and family events etc. We regard this as a block booking.

The Dumfries Villa bed and breakfast has:-

• four rooms

To secure a block booking we first ask for a credit card to secure all rooms. (why we need these details) and then ask that the full two weeks prior to your arrival (Once the full payment has been made no refunds can be given for a partial of full cancellation)

Experience tells us that members of a group may cancel at the last minute and the first we know is on your arrival. This method also allows the organiser assurance of receiving payment from all guests and saves them chasing money up afterwards.
