CANCELLATION POLICY
When we have confirmed your booking, it means that all other enquiries, for the night(s) you have booked, will be turned away.
In return, we ask for a full 48 hours’ cancellation notice from your expected time of arrival.
If you fail to provide us with 48 hours’ cancellation notice from your expected time of arrival, we will charge your credit card for the first night’s accommodation.
However, there will be no charge if we manage to re-let the room(s).
Often, we are asked about the possibility of booking all six rooms for golfing groups and family events etc. We regard this as a block booking. To secure a block booking we first ask for a credit card to secure all rooms. (why we need these details) and then ask that the full two weeks prior to your arrival (Once the full payment has been made no refunds can be given for a partial of full cancellation)Experience tells us that members of a group may cancel at the last minute and the first we know is on your arrival. This method also allows the organiser assurance of receiving payment from all guests and saves them chasing money up afterwards.
