Our top-class accommodation

Dumfries Villa is a bed and breakfast that provides top-class accommodation for people wanting to enjoy a break in Scotland.

We have a total of six rooms, of which five are en-suite. With one single room with private facilities.

Rooms are located on the ground floor, first floor and attic and come in a mixture of double, twin, family and single rooms.

All rooms have central heating and are decorated and furnished to a high standard.

Guests can check in at any time up to 10pm, although it is helpful if you can let us know your expected arrival time.

The latest check-out time is 10am.

Our guesthouse, built in the 1860s, is set in a terrace of classic Victorian townhouses within the quiet conservation area of Dumfries town centre.

Our classic interior blends beautifully with the elegance and charm of the original architecture.
